| The serial number of a Cisco
15454W-32-DMX can be found by using the Cisco Transport Controller or TL1 commands. From the Cisco Transport Controller in Shelf View, select "Inventory". From the Inventory tab, locate the 15454W-32-DMX boards and compare the information from the inventory against the products affected. The Vendor ID is visible under the "Value section" of the inventory tab. When using TL1 commands enter: ACT-USER:: RTRV-INV::ALL CANC-USER:: Confirm the serial number is identified as "Affected" using the search window below and that the Vendor ID is 2049 or 2050. |
